Shipping of webstore orders (Altar Quest and Brook City) continues this week, and we've received confirmation from our fulfillment partner that most regions will continue fulfilling into the next as well.
Please note that Asia tracking has paused for Lunar New Year and will resume when the hub reopens after the holiday period.
If you are in a region outside Asia and have a store order and do not receive tracking information by end of next week, you can contact shipping@qmlogistics.com for a status update, while making sure to provide them with the following so they can look up your order:
-The full name on the order
-The email address the order is associated with
-The shipping address (including country) listed on the order
-The order number
