Los Angeles, California – Blacklist Games is proud to reflect on its journey and achievements in the tabletop gaming industry, marked by innovation, creativity, and a deep connection with our community of players and supporters.

In 2017, we launched our first Kickstarter campaign with a fully cooperative miniatures beat-‘em-up game that introduced our unique approach to storybuilding, character creation, and gameplay mechanics. This inaugural project was delivered in 2018, earning universal praise from gamers and critics alike, and establishing Blacklist Games as a rising force in the tabletop industry.

 

Building on this momentum, we released Brook City in 2018, a fully cooperative blockbuster cop action miniatures game. This project successfully funded on Kickstarter and delivered in 2019, providing players with a fresh and immersive gameplay experience. It showcased our commitment to developing innovative solo and cooperative games with exceptional replay value.

 

Since then, Blacklist Games has continued to push boundaries with a series of successful Kickstarter campaigns, introducing exciting new original IPs and venturing into digital gaming with our first iOS/Android app release in 2021. Our portfolio has expanded to include licensed games based on popular video game and anime franchises, allowing us to bring beloved characters and worlds to life on the tabletop.

 

Our journey has not been without challenges, but every lesson learned has strengthened our resolve to create games that inspire and engage. As we move forward, we remain dedicated to fostering strong relationships with publishers, artists, sculptors, manufacturers, and, most importantly, our backers and fans.
